1. Who we are

This website is operated by Wildmann Design Studio, the business of Michael Wildmann Krauss-Lucas ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@riff-locker.com.

2. Ownership of the site and its content

Everything on this site is ours or used with permission: the text, the screenshots, the locker and pick artwork, the wordmark and logos, the page designs and code, the descriptions of how Riff Locker and Whisper Mode work, and the compilation of all of it. It is protected by copyright, trademark, trade-secret and other intellectual-property laws of the United States and other countries. "Riff Locker", "Whisper Mode", the guitar-pick logo and the locker artwork are trademarks of Wildmann Design Studio, whether or not registered. All rights are reserved. 3. What you may do

You may view the site, link to any page, and keep personal copies of pages for your own non-commercial reference. Journalists and reviewers may quote short passages with attribution and a link.

4. What you may not do

• Copy, republish, mirror, frame, scrape or systematically download the site or its content, including for training machine-learning systems, without our written permission.
• Use our names, logos or artwork to suggest an affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement that does not exist, or in any way likely to cause confusion.
• Reverse engineer, probe or interfere with the site or its beta-program pages, submit false applications, or attempt to bypass rate limits, verification or access controls.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other notice.

5. The beta program

Applying to the beta means giving us accurate information, verifying your email, and accepting the Beta Tester Agreement, which then governs your access to pre-release software. We approve applications at our discretion and may decline or remove anyone without giving a reason.

6. Links to other sites

Links to Apple, TestFlight or other third-party sites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or terms.

7. No warranties

The site and its content are provided "as is". Descriptions of features, availability and release timing are statements of intent, not promises, and may change. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed fifty United States dollars (US$50).

9. Reporting infringement

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, or you find our content being used without permission elsewhere, write to legal@riff-locker.com with the location of the material, a description of the work, your contact details, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, and any dispute will be heard exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Pierce County, Washington, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after that is acceptance of the new version.
